Examination of the authentication trail of the gov.br federated identity account, of the life cycle of an electronic power of attorney on the tax portal, and of the transmission records of amended returns and refund claims, with a timeline reconstructed from independent sources. Fraud on a digital banking channel — authentication and device binding
Examination of the session trail and of the authentication factors actually verified for each disputed transaction, of the history of devices bound to the account, of the instant payment scheme messaging, and of the handling of the special refund mechanism. Federal Courts, 2nd Region.
Software and licensing
Software licensing — manufacturer v. video production company
Verification of the ownership and regularity of licences, identification of the installations in use, and reconciliation against the licences actually purchased.
Computer forensics
Examination of a personal computer in a criminal investigation
Identification and cataloguing of stored material, including deleted files, in an investigation into offences against a minor, with preservation and documentation of the chain of custody.
Digital evidence
Transcription and examination of a recorded general meeting
Full transcription of the audio of a general meeting and of an interview, with speaker identification and verification of the integrity of the recording, to establish what was actually said in a criminal defamation matter. Appointed by the court.
Hardware and equipment
Manufacturing defect in a laptop — consumer claims
Two examinations in separate proceedings, involving equipment from different manufacturers: functional diagnosis, distinction between manufacturing defect and misuse, and analysis of the service history. Appointed by the court in both.
The work is described by the subject of the examination alone. There is no party name, docket number or any datum that would identify who is litigating — including in matters under seal.
